Fee questions

How much does crypto escrow cost, and who pays the fee?

EZY-ESCROW charges one flat 2% fee, paid by the buyer on top of the deal amount. The seller receives the full amount agreed. The normal blockchain network fee for sending crypto is paid by whoever sends it.

Do I get the fee back if the deal is refunded?

Yes. When a deal is refunded to the buyer, everything the buyer deposited is returned, including the escrow fee.

Is there a minimum deal or withdrawal amount?

The minimum deal is $50 and the minimum withdrawal is $10, both counted in crypto at the current price.

Is escrow worth it for small amounts?

Escrow is worth it when losing the money would hurt more than the fee, which is usually any deal with someone you do not know. The minimum deal on EZY-ESCROW is $50 (in crypto at the current price). For tiny amounts between people who already trust each other, escrow may not be worth it.
