Ethereum escrow you can check
Hold ETH in escrow until the deal is delivered. Deposits are verified on the Ethereum blockchain and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms.
How ETH escrow works
- Open a deal. Enter the seller's email, what you are buying and the price. Both of you need a free account.
- Deposit ETH. Send the total shown on your deal page to the escrow address it gives you, then submit the transaction ID. We check it on the blockchain.
- Seller delivers. The seller can see the deal is funded, so they deliver without worrying about payment.
- You confirm, seller is paid. When it arrives and matches the deal, click "I received it" and the funds are released to the seller. Something wrong? Report a problem and the deal is frozen for review.

ETH escrow questions
What is crypto escrow and how does it work?
Crypto escrow holds the buyer's cryptocurrency until the seller delivers what was agreed. On EZY-ESCROW the buyer deposits to our escrow wallet, the seller delivers, the buyer confirms receipt, and only then are the funds released to the seller. If something goes wrong, the deal can be frozen and reviewed.
What happens if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Crypto sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address is usually lost for good, and nobody, including us, can reverse a blockchain transfer. Our withdrawal form checks address formats and warns you when an address belongs to a different network.
How much does crypto escrow cost, and who pays the fee?
EZY-ESCROW charges one flat 2% fee, paid by the buyer on top of the deal amount. The seller receives the full amount agreed. The normal blockchain network fee for sending crypto is paid by whoever sends it.
What is a transaction ID (TX hash), and how do I prove my deposit arrived?
A transaction ID, or TX hash, is the unique code your wallet gives every transfer. Paste it on the deposit form: for BTC, ETH, USDT and TRX we look it up on the blockchain, and the amount credited is what the blockchain shows arrived.
What should buyer and seller agree before starting a deal?
Write down exactly what is being sold, the quantity, how and when it will be delivered, and what counts as delivered. Put it in the deal description: clear terms make any dispute quick to decide.
What happens if the seller never delivers?
Do not confirm receipt. Use "Report a problem" on the deal page: the deal is frozen and our team reviews it. If it is settled in your favour, everything you deposited, including the escrow fee, is refunded to your EZY-ESCROW wallet, and you can withdraw it from there.
